We support you during the planning phase by conducting comprehensive due diligence to pinpoint

My studio had to be moved to a new location and the tenant had to be assisted with his move at the same time. The switch in leases had to be done to in a timely fashion and Ben’s guys worked the whole thing out hassle free for me. I’m don’t have time to worry about logistics, I needed my business up and running at the new location as fast as possible so hiring Ben’s team to do it ultimately was lifesaver. An improvement needed to be made on the North Vancouver eatery location for a patio extension, Benjamin Contracting managed all the interlocking patio work in house, railing and glazing. They completed the patio extension in the timeline they estimated.
Benjamin Contracting has quick to provide even a project estimation budget, his subcontractors were good and there no significant issues in the process. The finishings, craft and quality were excellent as well. Lastly, Benjamin has great ongoing communication, my team was updated constantly, we worked through changes and everything was priced and agreed to before anything was done. There were weekly budget assessments so I could decide if a detail was going to be overbudget. Ben has a good memory of discussions as well; a lot of these contractors it seems like you have to have the same conversation multiple times about the same thing. I think this is where Benjamin Contracting did the best, we talked about everything once and it saved time.
